Luxury Hotel and Private Villa Residence Resort Opening Soon in Yalikavak, Bodrum, Turkey
Another global luxury brand arrives in Yalikavak, Bodrum.
The Singapore headquartered luxury hotel and resort operator Banyan Tree Holdings is opening its first residential resort hotel in Turkey and has chosen a fantastic sea front location in the increasingly popular Aegean resort of Yalikavak on Bodrum’s glittering peninsula.
Banyan Tree’s deserved reputation for combining luxury with sustainability has seen them grow into a global brand with 30 resorts spanning across 28 countries.
Seeking to expand and grow in new markets, Banyan Tree selected Turkey as an area to invest in as it believes that Bodrum, a place renowned for its fabulous coastline, resorts and beaches, will continue to attract “large numbers of national and international travellers.” They then chose to work with highly regarded real estate developers Nef Bodrum as partners for this prestigious development project.
The project, opening in Bodrum in Spring 2017, is a first step into Europe for Banyan Tree luxury resorts who are well known internationally in prestigious locations such as Maldives, Mauritius, Thailand, Seychelles, and Bali to name a few.
Early bird investors can now take advantage of launch prices and a soft payment structure. Prices are set to increase by 50% during the staggered delivery phases. Interested lifestyle buyers and investors can learn more about opportunities with Banyan Tree below.
